You must speak with Ron in order to start this side quest. The Hazardous Materials Lab’s double locked doors are guarded by a robed man named Ron. When you first speak with Ron, he bemoans his appearance and informs you that he is about to see an internet friend but is ashamed of the way he appears. Colonel Shrimp, his online friend, is waiting with him outside the statue in Mirroria, so he wants you to meet him and pose as him there.

Colonel Shrimp would be awaiting outside the huge obelisk monument if you stick to the mission brief. This can found in the garden of the Asset Management Center. When you spot Gunther, a dark-haired man with glasses and a long, green and grey overcoat standing beneath several of the red bushes to a left of the monument, turn around and approach him.
Once you start talking, use the following conversation starters to make him believe you are the right person:
