Outriders New upcoming balance changes: The development team for the Outriders has revealed a slew of new features coming to the game later next week. A balance patch has come today, June 18th, through a backend upgrade, in addition to regular patch notes that contain bug fixes. However, some of the changes contained in this version may be unpopular with the community.
On Google Stadia, PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox consoles, a new Outriders balancing update is now available, complete with patch notes detailing everything People Can Fly has modified and changed. The update and its improvements, according to the developer on Reddit.

Balancing Updates in OutRiders
- The improvements made today are largely aimed at boosting underutilized abilities. Increasing player survivability through Armour rebalancing. This is only a first attempt based on the large amount of player data we’re seeing in our analytics.
- Future balancing passes, which will look at additional issues of interest, such as legendary drop distribution, are already in the works.
- We’re also aware that Timed Expeditions are still a source of debate in terms of balance, and that they’re a major issue for many players because their timed nature may lead to an overly DPS-focused meta.
- It will take more time to get to the base of this problem. This isn’t something we’ll be able to solve in the near future.
However, this is only a balancing update. Developer People Can Fly, on the other hand, claims that such an upgrade is on the way.
The development team is addressing an exploit found in the “Historian” and other minor missions. Players could formerly farm these missions for Legendary weapons, which was not the purpose. However, the names of the players who committed this error will not be made public.
Other Updates in OutRiders
Then it’s on to some prominent farming locations in Outriders. The Tooka Beast, Splittooth, Sandshrifter, and Coldclaw will no longer be overly generous with their treasure in the future. In exchange for the high-tier loot they dropped, these foes were far too simple to defeat.
