BF 2042: Is Battlefield 6 has cross-play?
Battlefield 6: Is BF 2042 a Cross platform: Yes, the game would be available for all leading gaming platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. However, PS4 and Xbox Players would only be able to play a 64 men All-Out Warfare. But there are small maps and designed for both consoles.
Battlefield V doesn’t support the feature, and EA has been one of the publishers a little slower to implement it. Even across juggernaut franchises like FIFA and Madden.
The big reveal of the BF 6 has come after a lot of speculation, rumors, and excitement from fans. The sixth main installment in the series will be launching this fall with a release date of October 22. With no single-player campaign and a whopping 128-player matches, it’ll be more important than ever to squad up with your friends.

Cross-Platform In Bf
At the time of the announcement, EA and DICE have not mentioned the possibility of crossplay.
In a recent event, though, DICE’s general manager Oskar Gabrielson noted that players have wanted cross-play – and said more will be shared in the future.
Rival franchise Call of Duty has supported crossplay in Modern Warfare’s 2019 reboot, free-to-play battle royale Warzone, and latest release Black Ops: Cold War, so the precedent is there.
As for cross-generational play, it’s unlikely that PS4 and PS5 players will be able to play together, and the same with Xbox One players and Xbox Series S/X players.
